Transfer Clearance Form

The Transfer Clearance Form is to transfer your immigration records from current U.S. institution to UNT. This form is not required during the application process. However, as soon as you received admissions and confirmed transfer plan, the form is required immediately.

Admitted students on F1 or J1 visa MUST provide this form BEFORE a UNT I-20 or DS-2019 can be issued.
