Scholarships

As non-residents of Texas, international students must pay the non-resident tuition rate unless they have a scholarship or waiver that awards resident tuition. However, any student who receives a UNT-sponsored competitive scholarship of US$ 1000 or more is eligible for the Texas resident tuition. This in-state tuition rate is considerably lower than the out-of-state tuition.
