Update Application Semester Form (IELI)

Admitted IELI students who are not able begin school as scheduled may request to update admission to the next semester. Complete and submit this form at the earliest conveniece. Completed form may be fax to 940-565-4822. Upon receipt, a new admission letter and I-20 document will be processed. The documents will be mailed to you.
