Spring/Summer 2008 Applications for 2009-2010 Award Year

• Must be a U.S. citizen at the time of application
• Must hold a bachelor's degree or equivalent by beginning date of grant
• Must not have yet received a Ph.D. (graduating seniors welcome to apply)
• Must have sufficient proficiency in the language of the host country to carry out proposed study or research.
• Applications are prepared in the summer and early fall for award in the next academic year.
