$75 Application Fee (All fees are non-refundable.)
You may pay with a credit card by fax or phone, a check on a U.S. bank, or an international money order made out to UNT.

Proof of High School Completion
You must finish high school before you can attend IELI. Mail or fax your high school transcript and/or diploma certificate to us. We also accept university transcripts or degree certificates. These MUST be in English.

Statement of Finances
Show proof of financial support for your studies, such as a bank statement from you or your sponsor or a scholarship letter. See page 2 of THIS FORM to see what documents we accept and how much money must be shown.

Financial Sponsor Statement
If someone besides you is paying for your studies at IELI, that person must fill out the Financial Sponsor Statement. This can be a family member, a friend, a company, or a government. Click HERE for the form.

Students currently attending a school in the United States:
To transfer to UNT, please contact your school’s immigration advisor about transferring your immigration record.
